Hello Reader
Ready to Feel Amazing Every Day?
Last weekend in Michigan gave us the kind of Spring weather we dream about—sunny, dry, and warm. Naturally, folks were outside soaking it up: walking, playing soccer, prepping gardens, and raking those winter-weary yards. Did you get outside too?
It all sounds great (and it is), but by Monday… my clinic told a different story. Several of my adult clients came in sore, tight, and some even with back pain after a long day of yard work. Why? Because many of us spent the winter sedentary, working desk jobs and avoiding the cold. That sudden burst of outdoor activity can feel good in the moment—but if you skip the warm-up and go from 0 to 100, your body will let you know.
This week’s newsletter is dedicated to exactly that. I’m also sharing an article I wrote about longevity—and how regular movement, strength training, and assisted stretching can help you feel less broken after a day of pulling weeds or chasing kids outside.

Transitioning from Winter to Spring
As the seasons change, so does your body. You might feel more aches or stiffness as your joints adjust to warmer weather and increased activity. This is a normal part of the seasonal shift—but it’s also your chance to support your body.
Here’s how:
✅ Gradually increase your activity
✅ Focus on mobility—your joints will thank you
✅ Warm up properly before your outdoor workouts
Mobility isn’t just about stretching—it’s about moving through life with ease. With consistent joint mobility and recovery work, you’ll:
- Feel less stiff
- Prevent injuries
- Improve flexibility and energy
I'm so excited to share something close to my heart! 🎉 I recently had the opportunity to write an article for Natural Awakenings Health Magazine all about aging actively—and what it really means to care for your body as the seasons (and years) change. Whether you're 30, 45, or 65, your body deserves strength, mobility, and a whole lot of love.
This article is a celebration of everything I teach in my practice: that movement is medicine, and showing up for yourself through every stage of life is one of the best things you can do for your future self. I poured my passion into it—so I’d love for you to check it out!
