I can't believe it's been a minute since we've connected. Women's History Month is here, International Women's Day is this weekend, and honestly, it felt like the right time to check in and say thank you. Thank you to all the strong women over forty who've been part of this journey with me, whether you're a physical therapy patient, part of the community, or working with me on your online fitness coaching. This business, this mission, would be nothing without you.

Speaking of which, I just wrapped up something that changed my perspective. For the past four weeks, I created and coached an anti-inflammatory nutrition and mobility challenge and I did it right alongside you. Yes, as your coach, but also as your client, because I needed this too. At forty-seven, managing some autoimmune stuff and dealing with joint pain and stiffness, I decided it was time to practice what I preach. We spent three weeks in an elimination phase, cutting out the sneaky culprits, sugar, dairy, gluten, alcohol, processed foods, red meats and then gently reintroduced things the final week. Every week brought new meal plans for lunch and dinner, make-ahead juicing recipes, frozen smoothie proteins, and meal prep strategies. We paired that with stretch, mobility work, and strength training throughout.

The wins? They speak for themselves. Reduced joint pain and stiffness.
Better sleep like, actually waking up rested.
Improved alertness
less bloating
less of that groggy feeling. A bit of weight loss too.
But more than that, being on both sides of this experience reminded me why I do this work.
You deserve to feel strong, capable, and genuinely well.
So here's what's coming as we head into spring. If you're curious about any of this, I'd love to hear from you.
