What if your weakness was actually your strength?

A Mid-Year Check-In: From Weakness to Strength

Hey Reader,
Today marks the first official day of summer—and almost the halfway point of 2025.
If you’re feeling a little tired, behind, or just worn down…
You’re not alone.

Let me share something that might help you reframe that.

💡This Time Last Year…

I failed a major exam.
One I thought I could coast through because I was “experienced.”
But the truth is—I didn’t have a plan. I was overwhelmed. Burnt out. Winging it.

I beat myself up for it.
But then I rested. I reassessed. I got help. I made a real plan.
And this week…
🎉 I passed my national board recertification as an Orthopedic Clinical Specialist!

What changed?
It wasn’t just more studying. It was better support, clearer focus, and more intention.
Weakness didn’t mean I was done—it meant I needed a new approach.

🧠 Wellness Insight of the Week:

Muscle weakness is sometimes a message, not a malfunction.
It could be:

✔️ Your body asking for rest
✔️ A need for a reset or smarter training
✔️ Or a reminder to focus on recovery—not just hustle

🏃🏽‍♀️ Real-World Win: Nneoma's Story

After baby #2, Nneoma was dealing with postpartum back pain and sciatica.
She could barely lift her kids—let alone work out.

She feared she’d never get back to her routine. But together, we created a customized fitness coaching program that built her strength without flaring her pain.

Now?
✅ She’s back to lifting.
✅ Running again.
✅ Managing her business and family pain-free.

📚 What I’ve Been Working On

Just like my exam retake... I gave my ebook a second chance, too.
Last year, I made a simple digital guide on Canva.

This year, I invested in a professional team and poured everything I’ve learned into it.

🧘🏽‍♀️ Weekly Reminder:

You don’t need to “push through” to prove strength.
Sometimes the strongest thing you can do… is pause.

This summer, listen to your body.
💬 Reflect.
📆 Reset.
🌱 Rebuild.

💌 I'd love to hear from you:
