  • Calf Stretch against a wall – 2x30 seconds/side

  • Massage your foot using a golf or massage ball
    ​
    ​
  • Foam roll your calves to release tension
    ​
    ​
  • Ankle mobility with a resistance band (I demo this in the video!)
