✅ Stretch & Protect Workshop Recap Last week, I led a group of amazing women in Southfield through a stretch & foam rolling session to help relieve muscle tightness and joint pain. They usually take a high-energy step aerobics class, but they realized that mobility matters just as much as movement!

As the weather gets better, stay tuned for a local series in Southfield where I’ll be offering a weekly Strength & Stretch class.
