It's May. Mental Health Awareness Month and Mother's Day this weekend. Around this time, I find myself and encourage you to really check in with ourselves and ask,

1: How am I doing (from the inside out)?
2: Am I hiding and if so where?

3: What would change if I showed up fully?

WHAT’S BEEN GOING ON?

A few weekends ago, I was in Canton, Ohio as a vendor at the Master Experience Weekend. I set up a booth offering 15-minute recovery sessions and showed up as myself. No apologies. No making myself small. And people responded.

Strangers I had just stretched were directing others to my booth. People were looking for me at the event. A couple of years ago, I wouldn't have done that. I would have hidden my light a little. But that weekend, I didn't.

It was the boost I needed to show up again for my community, for you.

Here's what I realized: I've spent the last year doing real inner work, therapy, coaching, understanding myself. Because when you're not confident from your core, that shows up everywhere. In your business, your relationships & how you show up for yourself.
