It’s been a while since my last note. I might have taken “August pause” a little too literally, but that break turned into exactly what I needed.
For many of us, September feels like a second New Year. Kids are back in school, work picks up, and routines snap into place. For me, that shift included a special family road trip to Virginia Beach. It was fun, but more importantly, it was restful.
And that rest taught me something I want to pass on to you.

September is Pain Awareness Month, and too many women live with pain in silence, stiff backs, achy joints, or nagging headaches. Here’s my challenge for you:
Dedicate just 30 minutes a day to movement. It doesn’t have to be strenuous. It should never hurt.
